Is it scary?
We think so. That's the point.
What are the hours of operation?
The park opens at 6:45pm nightly, with attractions opening it 7:00pm. The ticket booth closes at 10:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 8:30 on Thursdays and Sundays. The attractions remain open until midnight. To see what nights we are open, please click here.
Are there refunds?
We do not offer refunds for any reason. The way we see it, you are paying us to scare you from the moment you step into the park. If you pay to come into the park, then are too scared to enter any attractions, we did our job well!
Will anyone touch me?
Only if you yell out, "It's OK to touch us!" (Not really, but try it if you have a chicken in your group. They love it.) Our actors are trained to scare you without touching you. That being said, it is very dark and foggy. An actor may accidentally bump into you, or you my bump into them. Don't worry though, nobody will intentionally grab you.
How long does it take to go through the houses?
Each attraction is different. A couple of our attractions only take five minutes to go through, while some others take 10-15 minutes to complete.
What should I wear?
Anything but your birthday suit. Seriously. Really though, It is October so it will most likely be cold. Wear comfortable clothes to keep you warm. Most importantly, WEAR APPROPRIATE SHOES. Our park and attractions have various substrates throughout, including grass, mulch, rock, wood bridges, concrete, and dirt. When it rains, dirt becomes mud. Keep this in mind.

How does your online ticket system work?
Like magic! Purchase your tickets through our ticket page, print them off, and bring them with you. You will be able to bypass the normal ticket line!
Can I buy tickets at the event?
You sure can. Lines do get rather long on peak nights, so you may want to consider coming early or buying your tickets online. Many nights, our ticket booth closes due to capacity. Buying online is the best way to ensure availability.
How old you you have to be? Is this a family friendly event?
Any age is welcome, as the park is family friendly. Keep in mind, we do have actors roaming throughout the park. They will interact and try to scare anyone, but only in good fun. They WILL NOT try to make your younger kids cry. Mom and dad, however....
The attractions are dark and scary, so we recommend you use your best judgement when bringing younger children through. We've seen five year olds that laugh all the way through, and grown men that cry like babies.
Are the houses wheelchair accessible?
Castle of Blood, Nightmare Estates, and the 3-D Gallery are all wheelchair accessible. Twisted Tales, Freak Show, and the Fog Maze are NOT wheelchair accessible.
Do you use smoke or strobe lights?
Yes. A lot. Theatrical smoke is used ALL OVER throughout the park, and in just about every haunted house. Strobe lights are used in many attractions. We do have warnings posted outside of every attraction that uses strobe lights.
Are costumes allowed?
We do allow costumes in the park, with a few basic rules:
- Costumes must be family appropriate
- Masks that hide your face are NOT allowed

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
Select vendors do serve alcoholic beverages. These vendors are required to limit sales to each individual until that individual has used all their tickets. Blame irresponsible people in the past, but we do this for the safety of our actors. All alcohol sold must remain in our "beer garden" seating.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
All food and beverages must be purchased on property. This includes alcohol. All alcohol sold must remain in our "beer garden" seating. Anyone carrying beer or alcohol around the park will be presumed to have brought their own in, and will be asked to leave the pressies.
